1. Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders placed on Ratnikaa.com are carefully hand-inspected, cleaned, and packed in tamper-proof jewelry boxes to ensure safe transit. Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment facility within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
2. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery
- Prepaid Orders (UPI, Cards, NetBanking): Free delivery on orders ₹499 and above. A flat fee of ₹49 applies for orders below ₹499.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across serviceable pin codes with a standard handling charge of ₹49.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is handed over to our logistics partner (Delhivery, BlueDart, or DTDC), an automated email and SMS notification containing your Tracking Number (AWB) and live tracking link will be sent to your registered contact details.
5. Damaged or Tampered Parcels
If the outer parcel appears heavily damaged, crushed, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse delivery from the courier agent and immediately notify us at support@ratnikaa.com.
