  • Jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition with tags intact and original luxury packaging.
  • Please capture a brief unboxing video when opening your parcel — this helps us instantly approve transit damage claims with our courier partners.
  • For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings that have been worn cannot be returned unless received defective.
